‘Cuse adds Tyrone Wheatley to coaching staff

Former Michigan star RB Tyrone Wheatley made his way back to the college gridiron. He returns as the running backs coach for Doug Marrone’s depleted Syracuse squad (who just had a solid recruiting class). Wheatley brings much needed experience and know how for the Orange. As a 3 time All-Big Ten RB who played 10 years in the NFL for the Giants and the Raiders, he certainly has the background to teach RBs Delone Carter, Antwon Bailey and Averin...

According to plaintiff Joel Miller and several witnesses, Leavitt struck Miller twice in the face while grabbing his neck.  If true, these charges may be enough to send South Florida’s only coach packing. This story has taken more twists than a General Hospital episode since being reported yesterday. Miller and...

Brian Kelly’s House Egged

“Spent most of the morning on the phone with recruits,” Kelly wrote. “House got egged last night and the sign on the lawn wasn’t a FOR SALE sign.” This precious message was twitted to former Cincinnati head coach Brian Kelly’s Twitter account earlier today. Apparently, some disgruntled Bearcat fans took their frustration over Kelly’s departure to Notre Dame out on his home with a few cartons of eggs. One can’t help but wonder if WR Mardy Gilyard helped lead the charge....
