USC’s McKnight Under Investigation

USC tailback Joe McKnight is under investigation by the NCAA for a possible improper use of a vehicle violation. According to the L.A. Times,  McKnight has been driving a 2006 Land Rover for the past few weeks which has raised a few heads. Records indicate that the SUV is registered to Santa Monica businessman Scott Schenter. Oregon Comes Up Roses!

Oregon is headed to Pasadena for a January 1st Rose Bowl date with Ohio State. Oregon hasn’t played in the Rose Bowl since 1995. Thursday night’s edition of the Civil War had high stakes with the winner claiming the Pac-10 crown and an all expense paid trip to sunny California for the holidays. The game lived up to all its hype as Oregon won 37-33 after converting on two crucial fourth down attempts on its final drive. Oregon State played...

#6 USC (-10.0) 34 #25 NOTRE DAME 20 Over/Under Total: 49.5 12:30 PM Pacific Time Saturday, Oct-17 Notre Dame actually has a good team this year because their offense is so good, but that attack will have to win the battle against USC’s great defense if they’re going to stay close in this game, as I don’t see the Trojans having any trouble moving the ball and scoring against a worse than average Irish defense. Notre Dame has allowed 6.0 yards per play...

Mustain was one of the most decorated HS recruits in history winning the 2005 Gatorade, Parade, and USA Today player of the year awards. My how the times have changed. Fast forward four years and not only is Mustain not at Arkansas, but he’s so far back...

Corp May Start for Trojans on Saturday

USC sophomore QB Aaron Corp will more than likely start in place of Matt Barkley this Saturday when USC travels to Seattle to take on the Washington Huskies. The Trojans are coming off of a huge road victory against Ohio State. Matt Barkley, USC’s starting quarterback, suffered a bruised right  shoulder last weekend against the Buckeyes and it is looking as if he will not see action this week. Corp and Barkley were involved in a heated QB competition...
