Tennessee’s bowl hopes (3-2) took a hit this weekend after QB Tyler Bray suffered a broken right thumb in Saturday’s loss to SEC rival Georgia 20-12. Bray broke his thumb late in the fourth quarter when his hand hit a defender’s helmet during a throw. Michigan State’s Mark Dantonio receives pay raise, inks 5-year deal

With the recent success of the Michigan State football program (4-1, 1-0 Big Ten), the university and head coach Mark Dantonio inked a new five-year deal restructuring his already lucrative contract. Most notably, Dantonio’s annual income will rise from $1.8 million to $1.83 million.
