Taking over the reins at Notre Dame was never going to be easy, and Brian Kelly’s players are not making his inaugural season any easier. The latest infraction occurred this past weekend when TE Mike Ragone was arrested for misdemeanor possession of marijuana after being pulled over for speeding. Notre Dame and Maryland will meet on November 12, 2011, at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland. As of last year, Notre Dame’s athletic department decided to play one home game a year away from South Bend. At this point, details are still sketchy but word is coming out of South Bend that our golden boy Jimmy Clausen was in an altercation outside C.J.’s Pub late Saturday night after the double overtime loss to UConn. Sources are saying that the heralded QB took a punch to the face which left a black eye. The school has yet to reveal any other details of the incident, but The Matador will be following through and providing updates.
