Former Hawaii QB Colt Brennan was seriously injured today in a motor vehicle accident on the Big Island of Hawaii. Early reports indicate that Brennan was a passenger in an SUV that crossed the centerline on Queen Kaahumanu Highway near Makalawena and collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle.
