Three Congressional Douche Bags vote against JoePa Resolution

We all love Joe Paterno, I mean who doesn’t? But it’s kind of absurd and not to mention a waste of monumental time and money, that the U.S. House of Representatives will yield precious time out of their busy schedule to pass a resolution congratulating Penn State football Coach Joe Paterno on his 400th victory.

The interesting part of H RES 1715 was not the speech but rather the vote. The final tally was 417-3. The question remains, who are the three douche bags that voted against Paterno? Well, The Matador has the answer: Jason Chaffetz (Utah); Peter Defazio (Oregon); and, Louise Slaughter (New York) all voted “Nay” to the resolution.

I mean if they didn’t want to support JoePa or even college football, they could have easily taken the “No Vote” approach like 13 other members. I’m truly disappointed in our representatives and I hope their tickets for Saturday’s Penn State game at FedEx field located outside Washington, D.C. are confiscated.
