The 3rd string QB spot may have just opened up at Kansas State. Freshman QB Joseph Kassanavoid was arrested last night for misdemeanor battery charges. Coincidentally, a 21 year old female, Ashleigh Brooke Mitchell, was also arrested at that same address. This seems to be eerily familiar to the Upshaw incident. Lt. Arkansas Razorback WR Lucas Miller broke his collar bone during yesterday’s practice. He is scheduled to have surgery today. If all goes well, he will be out for 4-6 weeks, but should see some playing time shortly after the season opener. Miller is a 5th year senior, who originally walked-on as a red-shirt freshman. He has moved up the ranks of the depth chart and had a solid reserve role last season with 30 receptions for 490 yards and 2 TDs.
