It’s been almost 3 weeks since we last saw LB Sean Lee on the field when the Nittany Lions decimated the Temple Owls 31-6. With the win, Lee suffered a left knee injury. Penn State opened the season with an easy win over the Akron Zips. This game was sealed at half-time when PSU went into the locker room with a 31 point lead. Clark had an impressive performance going 29/40 for 353 yards and 1 TD. Steve Spurrier once referred to Florida State University (FSU) as “Free Shoes University” during the alleged 1993/1994 Foot Locker scandal that hampered Bobby Bowden and FSU. Iowa and Kirk Ferentz finalized contract paperwork on Monday giving the 53 year old head coach $3M a year for the next 7 years.
