Florida’s Leon Orr accepts deferred prosecution agreement

Florida defensive tackle Leon Orr, who was charged with possession of marijuana earlier this month, agreed to a deferred prosecution agreement. Under the agreement, the reserve defensive tackle was fined $50 and will either have to serve 12.5 hours of community service or pay an additional $150 fine. Mountaineers’ wide receiver Stedman Bailey was cited for shoplifting Theraflu at a Kroger’s grocery store last week in Morgantown, West Virginia. Bailey, a Miramar, Florida native, was suspiciously walking around the Patteson Drive Kroger’s when an employee noticed Bailey concealing an over the counter cold medication.
