Rich Brooks announced today that he will not return as Kentucky’s football coach next season. Brooks is stepping down after seven years as the team’s coach. Joker Phillips, the team’s offensive coordinator, will replace Brooks. Phillips was named the team’s coach in waiting two season ago.
