Monday, July 20th kicks off the start of this year’s Elite 11 Quarterback camp which will be held at Soka University in Aliso Viejo, CA. Rostersfor the camp were announced this Monday. Out of over 1,000 candidates, 12 were invited after a thorough vetting process in which they impressed representatives from regional Nike and EA Sports camps. This year Daryll Clark (Penn State), Cody Hawkins (Colorado), Colt McCoy (Texas), Juice Williams (Illinois), and Zac Robinson (Oklahoma State) will serve as camp counselors. They will be there to provide feedback and advice to camp participants. Also, for the first time ever, the 2009 camp will offer fans a chance to watch certain events via an internet stream at Elite 11. This comes as a pleasant surprise as the camp is normally closed to the public. Be sure to take advantage of the stream and get an early look at a few of the college game’s future stars.
