LB Courtney Upshaw is one of two Alabama players named as a Lombardi Award finalists
The 2011 Rotary Lombardi Award finalists were named earlier this evening from a strong pool of 12 semi-finalists at a heavily attended announcement party at Houston’s Tasting Room Wine Bar. The four finalists are:
- LB Dont’a Hightower (Alabama)
- LB Courtney Upshaw (Alabama)
- OT Jonathan Martin (Stanford)
- LB Luke Kuechly (Boston College)
The 42nd Rotary Lombardi awarded will be presented on December 7, 2011 during the award show at the Reliant Center in Houston, Texas.
