Hawaii and Wyoming are reuniting in the Mountain West Conference come 2012–a rivalry that didn’t garner much interest outside of Laramie or Honolulu. Freshman LB Ruben Narcisse, 19, tragically died early Monday morning in a motor vehicle accident on US Highway 287 near Laramie, Wyoming. The University of Wyoming freshman was a passenger in a vehicle with WR CJ Morgan, CB Trey Fox, and LB JJ Quinlan.
