There is Hope for Siller

Some good news is coming out of West Lafayette, Indiana, as Purdue reinstated QB Justin Siller after serving a one year suspension for academic violations. With the QB competition between Robert Marve and Caleb TerBush heating up, you can bet Siller will return to the team as either a wide receiver or running back.  Siller has two years of eligibility remaining and should be a good fit for Danny Hope’s offense.  (check out your latest NCAA football odds). There’s hope for Hope

Purdue’s Danny Hope was given a one-year contract extension that will keep him in West Lafayette through 2014. Hope was named Purdue’s head coach last summer when Joe Tiller decided to retire. Even though Hope went 5-7 in his first season as head coach, the Boilermaker community is optimistic about his future. Bolden tears ACL

Purdue’s Ralph Bolden suffered an ACL tear in his right knee according to team officials and will undergo surgery to repair the damage. Bolden first suffered the injury during Purdue’s March 31st practice, but the team didn’t announce the severity of the injury until yesterday.
