More Injuries for Miami

The Miami Hurricanes are entering tomorrow night’s showdown against Florida State with more injuries than a M*A*S*H episode. On Cook’s transfer, “I’m just going back home to play some football. If I go...

Cooper goes down for the Canes

Miami starting RB Graig Cooper is the latest Miami Hurricane to fall victim to injury. Cooper was hurt during the Canes’ practice on Monday with a right leg injury and was wearing a protective boot on his right foot yesterday. As of now the severity of his injury is still unknown. Cooper has been a solid rushing threat (841 yds. in 2008) for the Canes and the hope in Coral Gables is that he’ll be healthy sooner than later. The Canes open the 2009 season on September...
