Former Michigan State Spartan Hubert Thompson was just declared insane by an Illinois judge. On March 30, 2007, Thompson lost a screw and threw his 66 year old neighbor, James Malone, off of the 3rd floor apartment balcony because he thought Malone was trying to kill him.
