Cal’s star RB Jahvid Best will not play in the team’s Poinsetta Bowl game. Best suffered a frightening concussion in early November and hasn’t played a down of football since. USC tailback Joe McKnight is under investigation by the NCAA for a possible improper use of a vehicle violation. According to the L.A.
