Recently suspended Boise safety Jason Robinson was arrested on Tuesday and charged with felony aggravated battery. Robinson was suspended late last week for undisclosed violation of team rules, but no specific violation was given. Disgraced University of South Florida coach Jim Leavitt is suing his former employer in an attempt to retrieve $7M from his now voided contract. Leavitt and his attorney, Will Florin, filed the 53 page lawsuit in the Hillsborough County Circuit Court last week under the grounds that he was wrongfully terminated by USF.
