The Nebraska faithful have reason to worry as their top receiver can’t seem to stay out of trouble. This past weekend, senior WR Niles Paul was picked up for possession of alcohol by a minor and urinating in public in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. The NCAA committee on infractions will release its findings of its investigation of both the University of Southern California’s basketball team and football team regarding NCAA violations. 5 star recruit Jerimy Finch has decided to leave another D-1 program. The heralded recruit from Indiana first headed to Florida, after decommitting from Michigan and Indiana. As of late, the ACC has failed in producing a BCS championship caliber team with the possible exception of Virginia Tech. In 2009, only Virginia Tech (10-3) landed in the top 10 (#10) of the final AP Top 10 rankings. In 2008, no team from the ACC finished in the final AP Top 10. It is a sad day for the family of Rico Butler and the entire Hilliard Davidson community. Rico Butler, a top 200 junior RB from Hilliard, Ohio, drowned Tuesday night when he was swimming with his friends at a nearby quarry.
