USF and Skip Holtz were just about lined up to offer star high school kicker Marvin Kloss a grey shirt for the 2010 season with the opportunity to be placed on scholarship for the 2011 season. USF coach Jim Leavitt is in the news again for one of his infamous choke jobs. This time it is not on the football field, but rather, the locker room. Spectators at USF home football games this season will notice a larger than normal law enforcement presence. No, there’s no free donut promotion for USF football game attendees.
