Georgia fans are being asked by school officials to make a better effort to clean up after themselves following home football games. According to UGA president Michael Adams, tailgaters left behind 70 tons of trash following Georgia’s Sept. 12th game against South Carolina. That’s right, SEVENTY tons. The chatter in Athens, GA this off-season was all about who was going to replace Knowshon Moreno at tailback. Many believed that Caleb King would be his heir apparent,  but sophomore Richard Samuel has other plans. Samuel has impressed the UGA coaching staff so much that they have named him the leader in the tailback race. Georgia Bulldog coach Mark Richt, along with other members of his coaching staff will be taking some unexpected time off of work this football season. The state of Georgia’s economic issues have forced UGA to implement mandatory furlough days for school employees thus affecting the coaching staff. Coaches will have to take two furlough days in October and November. Fans in Athens were pretty riled up that their coaches will be losing two days of preperation in the heart of football...
