Matt Barkley to skip Senior Bowl

USC quarterback Matt Barkley will forgo the Senior Bowl as he is still recovering from an AC sprain to his right throwing shoulder suffered in a 38-28 loss to UCLA back on November 17th.  Barkley returned to USC for his senior season with high hopes of leading the Trojans to a national title while picking up the Heisman along the way.  Unfortunately, none of this happened. The 6’5 Cody came in at a whopping 370 pounds, slimmer than the earth shaking 390 pounds during his junior college days.
