JoePa continues to churn NFL caliber linebackers

Schools earn nicknames for a reason and anyone who follows college football knows where the greatest linebackers come to play ball. LB Bowman hints towards the NFL

Penn State’s LB Navorro Bowman is a fan favorite and a game changing performer. In yesterday’s win over Indiana, Bowman sparked the anemic Lions with a 73 yard INT return for a touchdown which ultimately lead to a 31-20 victory. The junior has missed Penn State’s last 2 games with a groin injury suffered against Akron. PSU’s linebacking corp has taken a hit recently with Bowman and...

LB Bowman sits against the Orange

Linebacker U will be without one of the best LBs in the nation in Navorro Bowman. Bowman suffered a groin injury early in the season opener against Akron. For precautionary reasons, JoePa is going to sideline the stud LB and start redshirt sophomore Nathan Stupar. Whichever LB is plugged-in to fill the void, playing against Syracuse won’t make much of a difference. The Orange don’t have enough firepower on offense to make a dent in the strong Nittany Lions...
