The most wonderful time of the year is here. It’s the moment that we’ve all waited 4 months for. The 2009/2010 college football bowl season begins today at 4:30PM with Fresno State and Wyoming meeting up in Albuquerque for the New Mexico Bowl. Fresno St. brings a 8-4 record into the game while Wyoming limps in after going 6-6 in the regular season. Boise State running back D.J. Harper will more than likely miss the rest of the 2009 season with a torn ACL.  Harper went down injured on Friday’s road victory against Fresno State. Boise State’s offense will definitely feel the void of Harper’s production as he is currently the Broncos’ second leading rusher. Fresno State is capable of ending Boise State’s BCS Bowl dreams, but the Bulldogs don’t appear to be good enough defensively to keep Broncos’ quarterback Kellen Moore from ultimately guiding his team to victory once it’s established that Fresno can stop the run. Boise has averaged just 3.7 yards per rushing play in their first two games, including a modest 4.8 yprp in their 48-0 win last week over lowly Miami-Ohio and the Bulldogs are decent in run defense....
