Boise State’s DJ Harper is out for the season

It’s official. Boise State’s RB D.J. Harper tore his ACL and is out for the season. Harper injured his left knee for the second straight season during Saturday’s win over Oregon State. The injury occurred when he was making a cut on the field. When he went down, Harper quickly grabbed his knee and was taken to the sideline. Boise State running back D.J. Harper will more than likely miss the rest of the 2009 season with a torn ACL.  Harper went down injured on Friday’s road victory against Fresno State.
