The Texas Longhorns were informed by the NCAA that senior tailback Vondrell McGee lost his appeal and is deemed academically ineligible to play this season. Coach Mack Brown was disappointed in the outcome and will certainly miss the services of his senior TB who amassed 973 yards and 14 TDs in the 35 games he played as a Longhorn.
