Alonzo Lawrence is leaving Southern Miss

  Alonzo Lawrence was once a Parade All-American and the southeast region’s 8th ranked recruit according to the Mobile Press-Register.  In 2008 Lawrence signed a letter of intent and headed off to Tuscaloosa to play college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide. After a bad break, Brown is back

For you Southern Miss fans, please stand-up and applause when WR DeAndre Brown (#5) runs onto the field to face UCF. As a freshman, Brown set school records with 67 receptions and 12 touchdowns.  He led the Golden Eagles straight to the New Orleans Bowl where, in a snap, his season and possibly his career ended.
