It’s a solemn morning in Effingham, Illinois as Eastern Illinois’ assistant coach Jeff Hoover died following a car crash upon his return home from a road play-off game. Earlier on Saturday, the team lost 48-7 against Southern Illinois. After the game and on the way home, Hoover was involved in a car accident when he attempted to swerve to avoid a deer. LB Lee ruled out again

It’s been almost 3 weeks since we last saw LB Sean Lee on the field when the Nittany Lions decimated the Temple Owls 31-6. With the win, Lee suffered a left knee injury. At first, it didn’t appear to be too serious, but now, it looks like Joe Paterno is going to keep out his star LB for another game-his third straight.
