Former Penn State RB Austin Scott’s dream of making millions took a small hit this week. Judge James F. McClure, Jr. dismissed three defendants from his civil rights suit, former Centre County District Attorney Michael Madeira, former assistant Lance Marshall, and Centre County, Pennsylvania.
