Notre Dame’s impressive win against Nevada did have a drawback. Fullback James Aldridge injured his right shoulder in the second half of the Nevada game. McMackin faces 30 day Suspension

In an attempt to make right, Hawaii’s coach Greg McMackin faces a 30 day suspension without pay and has volunteered to take an additional 7 percent pay cut from his $1.1 million salary for making his “little faggot dance” comment when rehashing the pregame events before last year’s Hawaii Bowl.
