Greg McKee, a talented UConn prospect, was arrested for child porn, suspended from team.

Unless you count an orange jumpsuit as a Connecticut uniform, Husky fans will never get to see OT Greg McKee sporting a UConn jersey. In disturbing news, the University of Connecticut is reporting Greg McKee, a 6’6 290 pound offensive lineman who loves piano and cello was arrested for child pornography. He is being held on a $75,000.00 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned in Superior Court this morning for obscenity, importing child pornography and promoting a minor in an obscene performance. Authorities received an anonymous tip that led to the state’s computer crime unit to raid Rosebrooks Hall and seize McKee’s computer last month. Authorities found what they were looking for and immediately arrested McKee.

McKee sat out this season in hopes of playing the next 4 years, but apparently he got bored and turned to child pornography. Fortunately, school officials do not believe other members of the football team were involved with this incident.

McKee has been suspended from the team indefinitely. Meanwhile, the Huskies are preparing for their Fiesta Bowl match-up against traditional powerhouse Oklahoma.
