Arkansas' Anthony Oden was expected to compete for a starting tackle spot, but with legal troubles looming, his future is uncertain

The Razobacks’ Anthony Oden, the younger brother of Portland Trailblazers Greg Oden, drank a little too much moonshine during the 4th of July festivities. Oden was arrested and booked at the Washington County Detention Center for DUI, careless driving and driving without a license in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The 20 year old was booked early Sunday morning and released that afternoon on a $1,055 bond. His court date is scheduled for August 9th.

The 6’8 380 pound sophomore played sparingly on the O-line during his freshman season but was slated to compete for a starting tackle spot in the upcoming season. This is the second Razorback football player arrested for drinking and driving this summer. Fullback Van Stumon was arrested back in June for DWI. Coach Bobby Petrino is disappointed in Oden and said the school will handle the matter.
