The University of Houston has announced plans to build a new football stadium to replace Houston’s current home of Robertson Stadium. The new stadium, which has yet to be named, will be placed on the same site as Robertson Stadium and is expected to cost around $120M to build. The stadium will feature 22 luxury boxes, a capacity of 50,000 fans, a hall of fame, and stunning views of downtown Houston.

Plans for the new stadium are still in the early stages and fundraising has just begun to drum up financial funding for the project.
