Good news coming out of State College, PA. LB Sean Lee is expected to play this weekend against Michigan despite recent knee injuries. As of late, he has been nursing a left knee sprain, but he participated in practice this week and he is ready to make some big plays in the Big House come Saturday.
Last week against Minnesota, Lee had a limited role in Penn State’s 20-0 win. He was primarily used for passing downs, but this weekend Lee should be on the field to help the Lions’ stingy defense stop Michigan’s strong ground game.
It will be a grudge match, but with Lee on the field, it will make Tate Forcier and company think twice about running his way.
