During the summer and as recent as last week, Corbin Louks thought he was going to be the starter for Coach Whittingham and the Utes. However, there has been a change of plan. Whittingham named true freshman Jordan Wynn as the man under center. JUCO transfer Terrance Cain was slated as number two on the depth chart. Louks dropped down to number three.
As a result, Louks turned in his locker keys and is heading to The Biggest Little City in the World. Reno, Nevada will be Louks’ new home. As a D-1 transfer, he will have to sit a year, but he will have two seasons remaining to shine at Nevada.
Louks was 9 for 15 for 145 yards and 2 TDs during his stint at Utah.
