The Utah Utes are handing over the offensive reigns to a true freshman. Coach Kyle Whittingham announced today that QB Jordan Wynn will be the starter for the Utes.
Most eyes were on junior Corbin Louks to start with Terrance Cain (a JUCO transfer) as a back-up. As of now, Louks went from the slated started to #3 behind both Wynn and Cain.
Coach Whittingham did state that the QB depth chart could change at anytime. Regardless, whoever ends up under center come September 3 against Utah State will have their hands full in trying to replicate the success of MWC offensive player of the year Brian Johnson.
