Spectators at USF home football games this season will notice a larger than normal law enforcement presence. No, there’s no free donut promotion for USF football game attendees. Rather, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, the Tampa Police Department, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, all will be working in sweet harmony to ensure that underage spectators are not partaking in any drinking festivities or having someone else purchase the refreshment for them.
