Pike not there yet, Collaros to start

The Bearcats are continuing their dream season this Friday as they face-off against a well balanced West Virginia team. Unfortunately for the Bearcats, they will have to huddle around QB Zach Collaros as Tony Pike is still not there yet in terms of recovering from his forearm injury. Even though Pike has already missed the last 3 games, the Bearcats are still finding ways to win. Most recently, they were able to hold-off Connecticut in a shoot-out 47-45.

QB Tony Pike has sprained his left wrist during tonight’s game against South Florida. The injury occurred after a first half hit on Pike. He tried to return, but ultimately left  the game in the 3rd quarter. Pike has had left arm problems before as he broke his forearm last season and played with a plate and screws holding everything in place. Pike’s replacement Zach Collaros is filling in just fine and is providing a spark as the Bearcats...
