NC State received some good news late last week in finding out that LB Nate Irving has been cleared to participate in spring practices. This news bodes well for the NC State defense considering how much of an impact Irving has when on the field. NC State’s Nate Irving is out Indefinitely

Unfortunately, it looks like N.C. State LB Nate Irving (6’1, 235 lbs) could miss the entire season after suffering a broken leg and collapsed lung in a June 28 car accident. Irving’s exact status is still not know yet and he has a follow-up appointment with his doctors in August.
