Fans in Corvallis got some bad news from the NCAA. Unfortunately, the NCAA denied Oregon State QB Lyle Moevao’s appeal for an additional year of eligibility. Moevao injured his right shoulder during the 2008 season that ultimately led to shoulder surgery.
