It’s official. The Florida State Seminoles will be forced to vacate 12 of its wins, five from the 2006-07 season and seven from the 2007-08 season. As part of the NCAA’s punishment, the school will be required to forfeit any trophies won during those seasons. Not that it’s an eye stopper at the Rick Losco Trophy Room, but this means the school must return its Emerald Bowl trophy back to the appropriate sponsor. The spotlight is still shining on the Trojans as a lot of questions remain unanswered in LALA land. USC tailback Joe McKnight is under investigation by the NCAA for a possible improper use of a vehicle violation. According to the L.A. Times,  McKnight has been driving a 2006 Land Rover for the past few weeks which has raised a few heads. Records indicate that the SUV is registered to Santa Monica businessman Scott Schenter.
