The conference shuffle continues to get messy with the Big East suing Texas Christian University (TCU) seeking $5,000,000 for breach of contract.  On November 29, 2010, TCU agreed to leave the Mountain West Conference for the Big East.  This move was to take place before the 2012 football season.  In the contract, TCU agreed that if it failed to join the Big East by July 1, 2012 it would pay the conference $5,000,000.  TCU never joined the conference.  On October 11, 2011, TCU informed the Big East...
