Breaking news from the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports that Georgia star WR A.J. Green will be suspended for 4 games by the NCAA after allegedly selling his Independence Bowl game jersey for $1,000. Green missed Georgia’s season-opener against Louisiana-Layfayette last week, but many thought the junior would be cleared of any wrongdoing by this week’s game against South Carolina. College football is a game of passion, emotion, and energy. However, refs have taken it too far with penalizing every little celebration for excessive celebration.
