Tim Tebow to make Super Bowl (ad) appearance
The maharajah Tebow is continuing to spread the good word of the Lord, this time on prime time television. Tim Tebow and his mother, Pam, will air their pro-life commercial during this year’s Super Bowl hosted in Miami, Florida titled “Celebrate Family, Celebrate Life.” The ad, which is being held under lock and key, is sponsored by Focus on the Family–a global non-profit Christian organization with a vision for healing brokenness in families, communities and societies worldwide through Christ.
For those of you who don’t know, Tim Tebow was almost aborted when the doctor urged his mother to not go forward with the pregnancy because of her serious infection which could be fatal. Fortunately for Tim Tebow and the Florida Gators, Pam refused to listen to the doctor and went forward with the difficult pregnancy.
The Super Bowl ad will recount this courageous story. Expect to see Tebow (with scripture references under his eyes) and his mother voicing the value of life.
On a side note, the 30 second commercial will cost roughly $2.5 million dollars. Let’s hope it’s not placed between a Bud Light ad and a Trojan commercial.
