Brian Kelly to Notre Dame?
Early reports are already coming in that Brian Kelly will be the next head coach for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The Cincinnati coach has taken the Bearcats to uncharted territory and ND would expect nothing less out of Kelly.
Recently on a Cincinnati radio show Kelly denied the speculation and dismissed any rumors or talk of ND. But why would he say anything at this point? He has the Big East showdown with Pitt this weekend. Any comments about ND would only cause unnecessary distraction.
All unnamed sources and fingers are pointing to Kelly coaching the Fighting Irish in 2010.
