Haden temporary, tattoo permanent

Josh Haden is leaving BC. I guess that was a temporary tattoo.

Josh Haden decides to leave BC after getting his tat

Before you ever consider getting a tat, The Matador urges you to really think twice before you get this everlasting artwork. It is unfortunate that Boston College’s RB sophomore Josh Haden didn’t live by my words of wisdom. Haden was a highly touted recruit from Fort Washington, MD (if you recognize his name, it’s because his brother Joe Haden is a star CB at top-ranked Florida). After a long drawn out recruitment process, he selected BC and showed off his commitment by tattooing BC on his chest.

Now in the middle of his sophomore campaign, it looks like he wants to transfer from BC to pursue his educational and football career elsewhere. Haden had a somewhat productive career at BC with 58 carries for 213 yards and 1TD.

Also on the transferring block is QB Justin Tuggle, who wisely did not tattoo BC on his chest. Tuggle did start in three games while starter Dave Shinskie was nursing a cracked rib. When Shinskie returned, Tuggle found a spot on the bench and has not seen the field since.

The question remains for Haden, what other schools go by BC that have a reputable football program? I hear Beloit College could use a strong RB.
