After a terrible performance against PSU, Zook is benching Juice
Ron Zook is desperate to do anything to get back in the “W” column–especially after Penn State stomped the Illini into the ground on Saturday 35-17. His latest coaching foray is to bench starting QB Juice Williams. He announced this shocking news on his radio show earlier this morning.
Zook’s replacement is Washington D.C. native senior Eddie McGee who will face-off this Saturday against Michigan State. At this point, the move may not be a bad idea. McGee just might provide the motivation this team severely lacks.
