DT Robertson will miss the rest of the season
South Carolina’s 16-10 win over Ole Miss comes with a small price tag. Unfortunately, the Gamecocks’ DT Travian Robertson will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL in his right knee. Robertson suffered this season ending injury during the 3rd quarter of Thursday’s game.
The team released a statement late Friday night confirming the torn ACL and stated that Robertson is scheduled for surgery in the coming weeks. Robertson is listed as a junior so he still has eligibility to play next season.
The Gamecocks face South Carolina State next weekend.
