Devlin brings home the victory

Former Penn State QB Pat Devlin made a spectacular debut as the Delaware Blue Hens’ starting quarterback at Delaware Stadium before a sellout crowd of 22,006 screaming fans. Devlin, who went 12 0f 15 for 227 yards, threw for 2 TDs and scampered for a running TD lifting the Hens past West Chester 35-0.

The Golden Rams of West Chester is a D-II school and not the caliber of players that Devlin faced when playing at Happy Valley, but nonetheless, Devlin showed great pose in the pocket and showed the Hens nation that he is ready to play. Perhaps we have another Joe Flacco on our hands.
