TE Chris Gragg out for the season

TE Chris Gragg is out for the season

The NW Arkansas Morning News reported that reserve TE Chris Gragg dislocated his ankle during camp and is out for the entire season. Gragg was expected to share playing time with Ben Cleveland to back up one of the nation’s top TEs, D.J. Williams

However, D.J. Williams is still absent from practice as he is nursing an ankle injury. Williams is one of the team’s most reliable receivers and is a big part of Paul Petrino’s offense. If Williams doesn’t get back on that field, Arkansas will have to scramble because they will also be down a TE who can block and protect QBs Mallet or Wilson.

Bobby Petrino feels bad for Gragg, but knows his team will rebound and their are players who can and will fill the void.
